STRATO® EVA SOLAR PV encapsulating films for the photovoltaic modules
STRATO® EVA SOLAR PV Encapsulants provide structural support, electrical insulation, protection and transparency for the photovoltaic module.
Their high level of thermal stability, the result of elimination of residual tensions during manufacturing, avoids shrinkage of the material during the lamination process, thereby simplifying the process and providing additional savings.
STRATO® EVA SOLAR PV manufacturing technology
STRATO SOLAR selects raw materials exclusively from European suppliers and guarantees high light transmittance, reduced yellow index, low shrinkage and low haze reachable into the final film.
It is an ultra fast cure and PID resistant EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) photovoltaic encapsulating film with a higher light transmission in the UV wavelength region to allow greater power generation with blue light sensitive photovoltaic devices.
STRATO® EVA SOLAR PV product range
STRATO® EVA SOLAR PV
It is an ultra-fast cure and PID (potential induced degradation) resistant EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) photovoltaic encapsulating film with a lower light transmission in the UV wavelength region to avoid yellowing effects of the backsheet due to weathering exposure.
It is used on the back side of standard PV modules.
STRATO® EVA SOLAR PV HLT
It is an ultra-fast cure and PID (potential induced degradation) resistant EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) photovoltaic encapsulating film with a higher light transmission in the UV wavelength region to increase PV module efficiency. It is used on the front side of standard PV modules.
STRATO® EVA SOLAR PV WHITE
It is a white, ultra-fast cure and PID resistant EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) photovoltaic encapsulating film. It is used on the back side of standard PV modules (backsheet + cells + glass).
STRATO® EVA SOLAR PV BLACK
It is a black, ultra-fast cure and PID (potential induced degradation) resistant EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) photovoltaic encapsulating film. It is used on the back side of standard PV modules.
